Yields: 4 servings | Cook Time: 20 minutes + 30-60 minutes inactive


  • 1 Side of Salmon

  • 1 Lemon, sliced

  • ¼ - ½ c. Gojo Miso Ginger Dressing

  • 2 Stalks Green Onion, sliced

  • 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Pat salmon dry with a paper towel. Brush on Gojo Miso Ginger Dressing. Place green onions and 3-4 lemon slices on the salmon, reserve the rest of the lemon for serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let the salmon marinate for 30 minutes to an hour.

  2. Preheat oven to 400F.

  3. Place marinated salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes. The thickest part of the salmon should be flaky and opaque.

  4. Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh chopped cilantro and squeeze remaining lemon juice across the top.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
